Unable to send message

Hi, I have been trying for two days to communicate with someone regarding my overheating Hub3. Every time I try to reply to a private message, for example from David_Bn I get this message:

 

Correct the highlighted errors and try again. Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and send the message when you are satisfied.

 

There are no highlighted errors in my message. Then once clicking reply/send this message appears:

You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.

Is it just me or does everyone have this problem?

    Do you mean the the Hub3 is hot to the touch - or that its base light has turned to amber/orange/red ?

      It’s ok I’ve worked out the problem I highlighted above, the problem of not being able to forward a reply happens when you copy and paste your text from say Notes on iPhone into the conversation box, if you type directly into the reply box you will not have this problem.
