Unable to run test as no connection to hub
As the title states I have the connect app and I have ran various tests around the house and get a fair connection on the stairs but as soon as I go 3ft in to either of the bedrooms signal from the hub disconnects and I can’t connect and I can’t run the diagnostic test as it just says something went wrong, so I can’t order a pod to see if this corrects the problem but I’ve had to result to connecting my tv to my phone hotspot to watch anything
any advice would be most appreciated
