Only 2 days ago you were in your words "considering to join virgin media",
today a demand to turn off a feature that was retired in November of last year.
I have gone ahead and placed an order and will see for myself how it performs.
I requested, not "demanded" to have wifi hot spot off, I wanted to have wifi hotspot off for personal reasons, and thought id get it done before services activated, as it might take a while for the effects to kick in, or i would have to wait for a virgin media staff to Pm me which could take few days. and in few days my services activates.
