The light on my Hub 3 router has turned red and some of my devices no longer connect. Despite several re-boots and pin re-sets the hub light will not go to white. I think the hub needs replacing but cannot contact Virgin Media by phone, as I cannot recall my memorable word that was set up ten years ago so cannot get through the security checks, and there is no option to book an engineer on the VM website.
