The arrow keeps on blinking in green light but the WIFI sign stay on light green.
Hi can anyone help me, i tried to call virgin media but they don’t direct me to the customer service agent. I’ve been calling again and again for a couple of days now.
we moved out from our old flat and virgin media knows it so they send me the new cable and we quickly install it the same what we did on our first time, since we installed it in our new house the hub with the arrow sign keeps on blinking in green while the WIFI sign stays on green light. We tried to reboot and reset but there is still no internet connection. We don’t know what to do. We want an engineer to visit us so they can explain to us how to do it, we don’t know how to book an appointment. Hope you could help us. We installed it last FEB 4 but until now we have no internet connection so we didn’t use it.
We have HUB 3
