SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync - Virgin tech support please contact me.
Hello, I have been having my internet freeze / drop out intermittently for the past several year with this issue and this forum appears to be the only way of getting any technical support.
Let me start with my issue and what I have tried. So my modem randomly looses Internet connection there is no pattern to it it can happen 8 times a day or not at all for a week but it does not come back until I restart modem.
I have been In touch with support several times and they have send me a new router and changed all my old 'copper' connections to new ones. (this was last week) after many attempts by their 'chat' support to just reboot the router).
As I work from home, any small drop in connection results in my work VPN dropping which is a large inconvenience. When I'm in Teams calls, it regularly drops off for about 20 seconds before re-connection.
Please can someone from Virgin Tech support make contact with me and get this problem resolved.
