Student staying in same house next year

Hiya, 

I am a student who would like to continue using Virgin Media Wifi, but the renewal offers I have received are all 18 months and very much out of our broadband allowance and a rolling contract is completely out of the question for us. Is there a limit on how many times I can use my account for the student offers when they are released? Would I or another housemate have to make a new account in order to be eligible for the 12 month deals? 

Any advice that can be given would be greatly helpful!
