Stressed out. Early termination fee as moving outside of service area.
I am extremely stressed out.
I have moved address, wanted to bring virgin media with me, but couldn't as it is outside of virgin medias service area.
I have no choice but to cancel. I cancelled on the 1st Jan 25 and sent documentation proving my change of address, but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't had confirmation of the early termination fee being waived.
I have tried contacting live chat, but they cant/will not help. They also keep changing my disconnection date.
Please help!
