STOP RINGING ME!!!!!!!

VM have phoned my mobile every day last week and today, trying to upsell me to take a higher level package, WHICH I DO NOT WANT OR NEED!

I have told them every time that I'm not interested, that the package I have is suitable to my needs and to stop calling me.

Yet, they keep calling me. What part of "STOP CALLING ME" do these people not understand?

In fact, not only have they failed to upsell me, thay have ensured that come September when my contract is up I WILL BE CANCELLING IT, even if it costs me more to go to another provider.

Way to go, Virgin Media. 10/10 & Gold Star for alienating your customers. Great Job!!!

Go to the Marketing Preferences section in your MVM and remove “phone” from your method of contact.

      I agree as per Adduxi

To log out of calls scroll down to the Your Account section on the Home page when you sign into MVM

Then click on the Account Settings icon, then on the screen that opens click on Marketing and Contact Preferences

Untick the box next to Sounds good! Keep me up to date in the Marketing consent section, and then click on Save Changes.

It can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect.

If you have a sim/mobile with O2 do yuo should also turn off marketing by sigbing into MyO2.

half the time it is not VM I had several calls last eek telling me there was a problem with my router.. strung them along a bit and they got in such a twist when I asked about my router IP address and what my network IP was set at (of course I gave away no information at all) so it is not necessarily VM just companies who VM have sold your details to and take no notice of the TPM service as they use a loophole of pretending to be the data provider in the first place.
