I don't disagree with your sentiment, but VM have chosen to use offshore centres and if there was a magic wand to get a UK-only agent, everyone would use it.
What's the issue you've got? Perhaps you can get some help on this forum if you explain the problem.
Hello,
My connection continuously drops out several times a day, across all rooms and across all devices. Virgin have booked an engineer as they say the router or line needs attention. Unfortunately the engineer has not turned up. Not sure you can help, but I’m always keen to take advice.

When was the engineer visit booked for exactly and has it been carried out since?
