Hey dianelogion66, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about your red line issues. We are going to send you a DM, please do try these steps in the meanwhile;
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.

Most likely a failed LED indicator (they do wear out, causing the Blue & Green components to fail, leaving only red). This is still a safety issue as it could mask a genuine overheat situation, so the hub should be replaced. A member of the forum team should respond to this thread shortly.
