Solid Red light on Router won't turn white

Hello

Our Hub 3 router has a solid red light that won't turn back to white, we have followed instruction given to others by Virgin Media and reset and also carried out a pinhole reset. It doesn't make any difference.

We also have a red light on our TV 360 box and have had that for many months.

Both internet and TV are functioning but solid red light on router is giving us concern as the unit is also warm to touch even though its in a well ventilated spot out of sun light etc.

We are concerned that it may be overheating.

Do we need replacements, please could Virgin Media advise.

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with the red light on the hub. We can arrange for an engineer to visit to swap out the Hub but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you.

      Thanks-The engineer has been and replaced our router and TV box so many thanks
