Solid Red light on my Superhub 3.

Just Returned from a week's holiday to find a solid red light on my hub 3.  Was working fine when we left, but got home to no WiFi or phone.  I've tried turning it off, un plugging it and resetting it in varies ways, but nothing has made a difference.  Need sorted ASAP as work from home, what do I need to do now?Is there anything else I can try?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

      I was going round in circles last night trying to find any numbers. So thanks for them, will call today.

  • Update..... Thanks to Tudor, I called on Friday morning, spent around 30 mins in total on the phone, including on hold waiting for someone to be available and now within a day, a replacement Hub 3 has been delivered today (saturday) as my old one I'd had for 7 years.  All up and running properly again now, so can't fault the customer service at all.
