Solid red light on hub

my Hub is showing a solid red light (oveheating?) as of 2 days ago, system is still working and providing service at present

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. It maybe something such as a faulty LED but please try the below and let me know if it's fixed;

    •             Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
    •             Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible. 
    •             Switch the hub back on at the power. The Hub should now operate normally.

  • I've reset HUB and made it in a open area - Red light on still persists but service is working ok, only change is that we have moved our phone line recently to connect into the HUB - would this extra load on the HUB potentially cause the red light

      Thank you rjh279731 as long as the Hub is in a well ventilated area the red light shouldn't appear, even with the addition of a phone line. 

      Thank you fore trying these fixes for us and I am so sorry that this has not improved things. I am going to pop you a private message so we can look to get an engineer out to come and take a look instead.
