Solid red light on hub 3

Hi everyone,

My Hub 3 has a solid red light even after multiple resets and letting it cool down to standard room temperature; it's not hot in the first place. 

The VM chatbot is useless, and I gave up after a few seconds in, as it's not detailing the issue. 

I found an old (2 years) thread mentioning that maybe someone from VM will contact me if I highlight the issue here.  But I don't know if that is still the case.
