Slow to no internet

Hi, 

I'm running out of ideas for an issue I'm having and I work from home so it's not great.. 
I'm on 1 Gig and for the last couple of days PC has slow to no internet access.  When I do a speed test (when it allows me to run it) I get around 8Mbps down and not even 0.5 up.   This happens when I use WiFi and Ethernet.
I've reset the hub twice (Site and app suggested it both times) but it did help..   Any ideas on what it might be, please?

    Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

    We are expecting to see the subscription speed delivered to the VM Hub,
    a large loss of speed at the VM Hub could be a fault in your street,
    check for that via 0800 561 0061.

    Do share a screen shot of the full test result.

    How is the desktop computer connected to the VM Hub ?   
    E.g  Desktop to Hub cabled directly  or cabled via Powerline adaptors etc ...

    If you connect to the Hub 4 at http://192.168.0.1/  and login with the Hub Password,
    does the Hub menu work or show a blank / white screen ?
