Slow internet
For the last few months our internet is getting slower and slower but each your the bill goes up. We have tried to resolve it over several calls to virgin but all we get is It’s all working now from virgin buts never improved. I’ve tried the connect app but cannot login. Tried the modem settings but cannot login.
Any ideas I’m about done with virgin.
