Signal booster

I have had a signal booster for a number of years and it has recently stopped working. The lights no longer come on on the main booster, meaning that the upstairs booster can't connect. Can anyone help please?

  • If they are of the old brick shaped type then unplug both as they are proven fire risks.

I’m guessing you are paying a monthly fee for these old, no longer supported, powerline adapters?  If so I would suggest you get them swapped for the new WiFi Pods.

And if you have been paying monthly how much have you paid in total to date for them out of interest?

They were included in the package, so no extra charge

Thanks for reaching out to us HCW, and welcome back to our Community Forums!

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the Wi-Fi boosters previously issued to you.

I'd be happy to look into this for you to see if these can be replaced for you.
