Hi, is it possible to order a secondary connection to the same house? I would like 2 bills and 2 hubs.

I would guess that this might be the sort of request that causes some VM 'confusion' once you start enquiring about it though with VM.
Yes you can. The coaxial cable will need to be split for this, but it some cases the resulting signal loss means that this job cannot go ahead.
