Rubbish connection for 2 Months

Connection is rubbish for 2 Months and when you try to ring 150 it says “We can’t connect you at this time” and when you ring the number ending 111 you can only talk to a Ai machine. Paying £57 for nothing.

    The AI can't help with a Rubbish Connection. And you won't get any help here unless you give much more information about what is wrong, what you are trying to do, what devices you are using...

      ……. and why have you waited 2 months until Christmas Eve to raise the problem! If I had this type of problem I would not even wait 2 days to investigate it.
