Routing problems to IP Range

Hi there,

I'm making this post off the back of a similar post linked here (https://community.virginmedia.com/discussions/Wireless/network-routing-problem/5529071). Where ultimately I believe I need someone from VirginMedia to raise a ticket with the Network Team to get the routing issue resolved. 

We're having a routing connection issue to an IP range which is 45.158.56.0/24, which is not just effecting myself, but other VirginMedia customers as well. 

When running a basic windows command such as ping 45.158.56.2, it returns with a VirginMedia IP, and then says "Destination Unreachable".

After running an MTR, we get the following data, when trying to connect to any of the IPs on that range:

I've tried calling VirginMedia, who told me to speak to Gadget Rescue, they were no help and ultimately they hung up on me. I just need a internal network team ticket raised.

    yup looks like a Routing issue

    tested on EE and is fine

      Welcome to the Community Forums. 

      Sorry to hear of your routing issues. We can see that it's certainly not reaching the IP range. 

      We would need more examples if possible of other customers experiencing the same issues so we can raise this to networks. 

      avi68 - Are you able to provide a traceroute at all without your VPN that shows the same issue? 

      We would welcome any other Community members to try if they're able to and post here should it fail.

        Please see a traceroute from a VM customer I know experiencing the same issue.
