Router solid red light!

For months now I have had a solid red (overheat warning) on my router. WiFi drops in and out. Reported fault but can't talk to anyone. 'Bot' says " checked connection there is no problem"  There is obviously a problem, I have followed all the reset instructions, connect> disconnect checked wires etc. Red light remains solidly on.

At end of my tether now with this, considering changing supplier as I'm getting nowhere!

    Is the Hub 3 running hot or not ?

    To check login in to the Hub 3 menu at http://192.168.0.1/ 
    use the numeric Hub password from the bottom side label.   ( this is not the Wi-Fi password )

    Run the Network diagnostic tool

    Scroll down through the results and find the Temperature entry.   Is it:  Normal  ?

      Many thanks, Akua_A has sorted the issue, a new router was required as I expected. A Virgin Technician has attended
