Repositioning VM socket

Want to book an engineer to put another VM socket in another room of our bungalow. Would doing this mean re-starting the current contract?

    Have a new socket installed won't re-start your contract or sign you up to any new minimum term. There is a £25 charge for the visit and this is something we can arrange for you. 

    I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security and book the engineer visit.

If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
