Red power light hub 3

The power light on my Hub 3 is constantly red and has been for some time. The unit feels hot to the touch and I am concerned that it is overheating.

I have tried the reset and power off/on options on several occasions but the light still remains red . 

Can the unit be replaced please?

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with the Hub 3 red light. Usually, these are just LED errors and nothing more.
