Recently joined, instantly regretting!
Joined Virgin Media for broadband only about 3 weeks ago. Internet went down about 34 hours ago. Impossible to get a service status for our area, impossible to speak to anyone... just endless loops of Terri BOT suggesting I turn the router off and on again.
Does anyone have a phone number to actually speak to a human being rather than the interminable AI bot things that keep suggesting the same non fixes?
Haven't even found a way to register the fault with Vermin yet!
