Received a new hub that I didn't order
G'day
I just received a new hub that I didn't order. It has a sticker on it telling me to activate or I'll lose service.
Last year, I encountered issues with my Hub 3, but Virgin Media wasn't helpful, so I ordered my own router and now use my Hub 3 in modem mode. No issues now.
I'm just off from live chat, but despite my best efforts, the agent simply isn't grasping the situation. I would appreciate if a mod can find out why I've received a new hub, and also I if I need to activate this thing.
