Really slow internet

Hi all, posting again because i don't know where my topic went. Was wondering what to do with the internet, it's been slowing down for the past week. I have a look at the hub settings when this happens and all these settings keep popping up. Did a factory reset on it the other day and it was fine for a few days. 

Not really sure what to do with this! Slow down massively yesterday and was only getting 1-30mbps between devices, factory reset it again yesterday, rebooted a couple times. Still not luck, this morning seems to be fine but will probably slow down again in a few hours.
