Really bad…

My signal is fine, great even downstairs. 
But, as soon as I get upstairs my phone and laptop disconnect or the signal is very slow. When im upstairs now ive resulted in just turning off the WiFi on my phone. But this is making working and studying quite hard now in a household with two wfh adults. 

Any tips?

  • If you are on a 1 Gig or Volt package you should be able to claim VM pods as part of the package in line with the VM wi-fi guarantee

    Or you could also consider putting the hub into modem mode (not available on the Hub 5x though) and using your own networking equipment for better wi-fi (such as your own router or wireless access points or a wireless mesh system etc.)
