Re: Wifi router light permanently on red.

My router has the same issues. Red light permanently. Warm to the touch. Intermittent internet for about a month now. I've tried turning it off, resetting etc etc which is what I've been advised to do every time I try to get support from Virgin.  Poor service from that end.

    I've tried the chatbot (yuk) and phone/web chat. Support is either non existent or useless.

      I have this same problem. Virgin support is ridiculously poor. I've spent hours over the past few days trying to resolve this. I hope your router is fixed by now.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the red light on your Hub 
    I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange a swap.

    In the meantime can you make sure the Hub is well ventilated and away from any direct sources of heat.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
