Re: Ordering WiFi Pods

Hi,

I have a WiFi pod from many years ago, now that I have gigabit broadband it’s unable to cope with the higher speeds. It regularly disconnects from my devices and every day I’m having to turn it off and on again. I have multiple devices; how can I get more than one pod that has WiFi 6 to ensure I’m able to use the gigabit internet properly please.

    If you are on the 1GB tier you are entitled to up to 3 Pods.  However, note that VM only guarantee a Wifi speed of 30Mb.

    Hey SHarvey914, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear about your pod issues.

    A pod will only help in boosting the signal not the speed, are you needing another pod to help with more signal boosting sorry?
