Re-Locate Master Socket

I would like my Master Socket moved to another room please. I’m happy to pay a fee just need an engineer booked in to do it.

    There will be a charge of £25. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

    We can arrange for the master socket to be relocated from here for you.

    If you still need this done, it's just a matter of passing security over a private message.

      I need the same although I just have the cable outside as it got cut off and I don’t have the socket anymore

        Are you referring to a telephone master socket or the socket for VM TV/broadband?
