I'm having the same problem. For example on 17, 18, 19, 22 and 23 October, there've been outages of a a number of hours. I get a text saying "great news. we fixed your services". Usually that's right in that they are working...but they break down again the next day. What's going on? There doesn't seem to be a way to speak to a human. Today I rang...and eventually it said that there was an outage...and then ended the call. Never had these problems with Virgin before. What's going on?!
