Re: Connect app can’t find hub, unable to order free pods
I have the same issues app can’t find hub, it’s all so frustrating requesting boosters when your package includes 3 boosters, my previous contract three years ago required 3 boosters due to dead spots around the house, I spent an hour today with the call centre requesting my first booster, the call agent explained you can only have one at a time over three weeks. I’m a returning customer from Sky and have 14 days to cancel, iff the booster fail to arrive will cancel, nothing has changed over 3 years, just don’t listen to the customer.
