Re: Being charged for WIFI Pods?

Hi;i pod

Have been approved to recieve a wifi pod.

Recievied a email saying changes to my contract stating no extra charges to my contract prices, but a activation price of £40 oowould be incurred. At no time talking to a agent was this price mentioned.

Complaint procedure initiated and recieved email saying it was being looked into but had no mention of charge to activate pod.

Email said they had tryed to contact me twice but no phone calls recieved or missed.

Mesaage on Fiday saying pod was on way that day..stopped in even though I missed numerous appointments..not happy.

Wondering if anybody had similar problems.

Thanks for looking

When free is not free VM all time low.

You be best not to use the pods just look at your getting your own better wifi router with 1Gb ports and hub in modem mode

      Hi:thanks for reply

Problems my wifi to tvs are haing problems with buffering and failing to record, they are not connected by lan but wifi.

Just wanted to see if they made any difference/My lan connection is upstairs in a room I use for computing.

My main gripe is the 40 pound activation fee.Just been notified by Yodel it will arrive tommorow but wont use till this activation fee is sorted..like I said no mention when ordering it.
