Random Internet dropouts
Moved house after 19 years and being a VM customer throughout.
Had my New service in for less than a week and have suffered with random dropouts every couple of hours and every day.
making Working from home impossible . Now have 3 of the family with their mobile allowance hammered as they don't know the router has dropped whilst they are streaming Netflix and youtube on their phones.
Have set up Broadband Quality Monitor to keep an eye on things, The router logs look to be indicating a signal problem from what I can see.
