Random Internet dropouts

Moved house after 19 years and being a VM customer throughout.

Had my New service in for less than a week and have suffered with random dropouts every couple of hours and every day.

making Working from home impossible . Now have 3 of the family with their mobile allowance hammered as they don't know the router has dropped whilst they are streaming Netflix and youtube on their phones.

Have set up Broadband Quality Monitor to keep an eye on things, The router logs look to be indicating a signal problem from what I can see.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear of your service concern. Checking the systems on our side, we cannot see any issues that might be causing your connection concerns. 

    Do you find that the devices are dropping the connection at the same time? Do you find that the connection is dropping in just a certain area of the home?

    If you can share your live link to your BQM with us here, we can watch out for any patterns that it's capturing on your side.

      Thanks for the reply.

      Ironically the dropouts stopped after I posted on here and set up BQM.

      Not sure if it was teething problems or just bad timing.

        Hi mxk1000 thanks for getting back to us.

        And thanks for the update. That's better news regarding the internet connection. When you were experiencing the dropouts, were there any faults in your local area, showing here? Were the dropouts on the WiFi only? Or was the internet as a whole dropping?
