Random disconnects and drop outs

I have been getting frequent drop outs and have now found that when I have a drop out I get these in the network log, is this something to look into or? On a Hub 4... and using Orb for my wifi mesh..

Is it the VM connection or the Orb that is having the beauty school dropouts ?

How are you determining which is the culprit ?

I don't see any issues logged in the Orbi logs plus setup quality monitor for hub at following address for last few days: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/3e260255247c31a427a2e0bc59a5c43138741c55

      Plus see dropouts on upstream:

      3.1 Upstream channels

Channel           Channel Type  Number of Active Subcarriers First Active Subcarrier (Hz)     T3 Timeouts    T4 Timeouts

      6          OFDMA           200      53.9     5          0

"I still seem to get Internet access but strange why shows this ... "

The #1 reason for seeing this is using a BQM that does not point to your Public IP.

The #2 reason would be your Hub and / or ORB router were powered off in that period,
from your comments, this was not the case.

      On our wavelength

You know, in the past people would be advised to NOT send screenshots but instead copy and paste the Hub details because the forum software would automatically filter out MAC addresses.

Except in the above example which are a copy and paste it hasn’t - do you suppose that the ‘new’ forum software no longer has that facility? In which case the forum mods now have a lot more work to do!

I checked my public ip address through whatismyip when adding to BQM so is correct. Both Hub and Orbi router haven't been off. So very strange...

Any use of a VPN or Web Proxy or use Apple Relay and whatismyip  will return the IP of a VPN exit point & not your VM connection.

Locate your IP from the VM Hub or from your ORB Router.

If you did not suffer a total black out during the BQM red zone - that is not your Public IP.

I'd pass on posting the Hub's Log status tab.

The far more informative info about why there is a VM connection
issue is detailed in the Hub's Upload / Download status tabs.
