Poor signal at front door
Still having signal problems at the front door, even with a wifibooster pod my ring doorbell drops to weak signal

The problem you appear to have is the Ring Doorbell having the choice of the Hub and the Pod, but choosing the more distant Hub.
Provide a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal that is strong for the Ring Doorbell and is on an SSID not duplicated by the VM Hub or the VM Pod i.e. give the Ring Doorbell no choice as to which Wi-Fi service to use.
An inexpensive retail Wi-Fi Repeater or basic Wi-Fi Access point could perform this function.
