pods not working with new router

hi setup my new router last friday and since then my pods havent worked tried ringing vm c services but what a terrible service they offer,so can i get my pods working without vm,thanks in advance

    Hi mand1010,

    Call the equipment activation number on 0800 953 9500. You will need the model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of all pieces of kit and also your account number.
