Pods not connecting to new hub

Hi,

I was recently upgraded from a Hub 3 to a Hub 5.  I have 2 Wifi Pods that will now not connect to the new hub.  I have spoken to someone on the phone with virgin that was unable to solve the problem - they said they would arrange a call back but its been a while now and I've heard nothing.  Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

  • I think you may need new pods because they might be configured to work with specific routers only, not certain of this but it's what i've heard.

  • Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them. You will need the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers

  • No they have not managed to fix this yet. I've been on the phone to the activation number for 3 hours over 3 different occasions now.

      Thanks for coming back to us Brianmcv, can you possibly confirm what has been previously advised when speaking to our team and what troubleshooting have been ran on the Wi-Fi pods?
