Pod isn’t connecting to my VM Hub 3

I recently received a new hub 3 since my old one stopped working. I have been trying to connect my VM pod to the hub and I keep getting white flashing light. Pod is within router range and plugged in. what else should I do?

    Contact VM have them re-pair the VM Pod to the replacement Hub 3.

    Call them on  -  0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them.  You will need to hand, the  Model numbers,  serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers  of all pieces of kit (photo the stickers) and also your account number

  • Hey Uzzy49, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, we are sorry to hear you pods arent working.

    Please follow these steps;

    Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on. Wait at least 2 minutes for your Pods' LEDs to stop blinking.

    That will reset them and they should re connect to the new router.

    Let us know how you get on

      "Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds"

      whats Ethernet got to do with pods?

      "Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on."

      Is it a router, modem or hub if you mean hub its hub not router or modem as you don't give us a modem or router
