Pod has slowly blinking white light, no coverage

Our WiFi pod has stopped extending our WiFi coverage, and has a slowly blinking white light. It is only about 4m from the hub, and has been working perfectly since it was first installed. I have tried restarting it, and the hub, a few times without any change. Is there anything else I can try before getting on to technical support?

      Hello MikeyMcG

      Sorry to hear of the Pod issues experienced, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

      It's been a couple of days since your post, has the issue connecting the Pod been resolved during this time or have you spoken to the team in regards to this?

      Let us know.

  • Hey MikeyMcG, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear about your pod issues.

    Please do try these steps;

    Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on. Wait at least 2 minutes for your Pods' LEDs to stop blinking.

      Hi. I don't have a separate router and modem. It is a Hub 5. But I'll shut the Hub 5 down and try following those steps.

        I would also temporarily move the Pod closer to the Hub and try the WPS button on the Hub for pairing.  It's worth a shot ...
