Having an issue in Plymouth, PL4 to be exact, I’ve had no help so far and I need someone to check if there is an outage for me please, two green flashing arrows on hub box 3.

Try the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area.
Alternatively, call 150 from a Virgin Media landline (free) or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (call costs may apply).
Replies from a VM person on here can take a period of days.
Thanks but I’m a renter so I don’t have any account information to do that with, I don’t know my landlord.
Downdetector is reporting widespread outages in the south west. PL2 is mentioned

When our Hub 3 shows a Flashing Green Bar & Green Arrows
it mean the VM Network has gone down in our street.
