Overall poor speed and connection

Recently joined Virgin on Gig connection and worked fine for a day or so and now the speed is constantly dropping and if more than one device uses the WiFi it starts dropping out.

Countless times on live chat and reboots but still no better. Had complete coverage with BT and zero problems.

  • Shows over 500 download from router and over 300 to device but the problem is more widespread and must be to do with the router set up as with BT we used to have umpteen devices connected and it was always fast but virgin is painfully slow if more than one device is connected
