Outage London N6, now hub is dead

Hi, there's an outage in London N6 which seems to have killed my hub (no sign of life at all). The phone system is so circular that I can't get any info about when the problem will be fixed. In the meantime,  I think I should order a new hub, but how?

Any advice welcome,  thank you!

    VM will not do anything at an individual customer if there is an area fault. 

    Why do you think the Hub is faulty? Are there no lights?

    We're sorry to hear you were affected by an outage.

    During an outage, we wouldn't offer new equipment, as the total loss would likely be caused by the known area issue. 

    How have things been since posting please?

    Is the service and hub now working?
