Hi, am a Volt customer looking to order my first wifi pod. I've scanned the room using the Connect app but after showing a poor result (8mbps) it doesn't offer me an option to order a pod. Please can someone offer some advice?

Pickup the phone to Customer Services, waste a life time to order 1 VM Pods that never comes.
Better still skip the VM Pods and buy a Wi-Fi Mesh with sufficient nodes for the home on Amazon etc and tomorrow your Wi-Fi issues will be resolved.
