Ordering wifi pods

Hi, I've been trying to order wifi pods that I am eligible for. I've used the VM connect app to scan but not receiving any prompts or info on how to order the wifi pods as outlined in the guide. 

Please can I have some assistance from a VM mod with ordering these?
