I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with your WiFi speed and signal, we can see you have not rebooted your hub in 32 days, can you please reboot and let us know how your connections are? Have you downloaded our connect app here this will scan your home for any WiFi blackspots. Keep us posted with how you get on.

I have rebooted the Hub, and I still have rooms where I cannot access the wifi. I have been using the connect App. And get signal in most rooms.
