how do i go about ordering wi fi pod

    i have 1 gig service after running speed test it says i need a pod but no option how to order one

      Hello, 

      Been having the exact same problem, mine shows 21mbs and signal is zero in some parts of the house but i keep getting the runaround trying to get the pod. Its alarming.
