Ordering Wi-Fi pods

Hi, The VM Connect App is telling me I need to order a Wi-Fi pod but there is no way to order one from the App or the links in it. Can you let me know how I get one please? Thanks.

    If the app is not working then you will need "manual intervention". If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you're having an issue ordering Pods though our Connect App
    I'd like to step in here and help.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.

    Now we've been able to arrange for a Pod to be sent out, can you let us know how you get on once it's been received and activated?
