Ordering Wi-fi pod
Hello, I have downloaded the checker app and it has recommended wi-fi pods due to the slow speed I am receiving. The app takes me to a page and does not let me order. Could somebody help please?

We're sorry to hear about the problem you're having when trying to order a WiFi Pod 😔
In order to action this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

DanielI called support to order a pod, it didn't arrive. called again 2 weeks later, to be told they are sending another, without any explanation of why the first didn't arrive. A month has now passed and still nothing.
A friend has had a similar experience. seems like they don't want to send them out.
